The right of an individual to privacy is central to Liberal Democrat policy on freedom and civil liberties. As part of this philosophy, we will take care to safeguard the privacy of people contacting us via this website. When you approach us, we obviously need your contact details, but these will be used only for responding to the matter you raise with us.
We will never pass your contact details on to any other organisation. Occasionally we may email you asking whether you wish to receive mailings on subjects we think may be of interest to you, but any such mailings will always carry the option for you to unsubscribe with immediate effect.
Although we ask for your phone number, this is not mandatory information, and we will respond by email unless you specifically say in your message that you would prefer to receive a response by phone.
